Full PlateI've so much inspiration, so much that it's bubbling over and I'm promising all these different artworks! Goshh. I can feel myself improving with each drawing and it makes me want to draw more.
Kay. I have a list of drawings I've mentally committed myself too.
1. Elle and her spirit Sasha in her battle outfit.
2. Ookami and her spirits Artemis and Apollo.
3. Dah and Horo Horo swing dancing.
4. A group picture with Elle and her spirit Sasha, Eliv and her spirit Casus, Ookami and her spirits Artemis and Apollo, and Dah and... well, she's not sure about her spirit yet. But all of them will be looking fierce and ready to fight.
5. Little girl Elle, playing in the Samara Theatre, or maybe finding Sasha.
6. Adorable Elle x Nichrome picture, with Elle wearing Nichrom's Patch coat thing. Oh and I have to finish their kiss sketch, too.
... and there were more bubbly fleeting little bunnies of inspiration but they sort of poofed. But I feeeel it in my bones that I must draw. ^_^
I wanna get started on the group pic since I'm most excited to try that out. I found a great reference picture for a roaring Sasha and I wanna try my hand at it, plus I'm ditching Elle's sleazy Elektra-esque battle outfit for something cooler. I'm aiming for mature, independant woman, not skanky soldier. Lol.

Unconscious attraction fits Richie and Madelyn great IMO. It's interesting that even though they don't get along, they feel connected because of their situation and because they're both going through it. <3 *fangirl moment*

Guess what? There was actually alot more written to that review that I left at ff.net. Alot more. So much that they had to shorten it. xD; I guess my review went over the limit or something...xD;;
Anywayyyy, yes, I loved it! x3 I like how you keep everyone in character in every situation. I lol'd when Richie's inner superhero sense of justice came out when they were breaking in to the motel. xDD
I love how you keep the story going and keep it interesting as it goes. I also like how you work with all these conflicts and keep them all in flow with the story, like Richie and Madelyn's constant clash with each other, and the conflict between Shelly/Frieda and Richie/Madelyn about how they should deal with the situation. And I like how you write the characters' emotional state. Shelly's reaction of shock and distress to her father's death was great. Very realistic. ^^
The only criticism that I might have is to try and not to repeat scenarios. When they were escaping from the people at the diner at the end, it reminded me of that scene from last chapter, when they were running from the group of police outside the gas station. Try and vary the "action" scenes a bit more. But, hey, it could be just me being picky...
AND, of course, I'm lovin' the Richie/Madelyn. <3 I LOVED their "line of defense" at the beginning of the chapter. I could totally picture it too! xDD I may just make a fanart of that...>3
